A little about David

My family has lived in the Canon City area since 1898. I started my career as a journeyman bricklayer, moved into commercial construction management, and eventually owned my own residential and commercial construction company.

In 1999, I moved from construction into real estate. I started under the RE/MAX franchise, then in 2008 founded my own brokerage, River Street Real Estate. I still run it as a one-person firm today — when you work with me, you deal directly with me, not an assistant or a third-party transaction manager. I keep my workload low so every client gets a personal level of service.

I also post market updates and local real estate news on the River Street Real Estate Facebook page — worth a follow whether or not you have a Facebook account, since the posts are public. But the fastest way to actually get moving is to just call.
